GrantFlow processes your data only to generate your pack and communicate with you. You can exercise GDPR rights by contacting our support team.

1. Data controller

Stackedge (CIF: ESY5818456E), Barcelona 08026, Spain. Contact: hello@stackedge.ai.

2. Data collected

Email address (payment and delivery), payment data processed by Stripe, questionnaire content submitted to generate your pack, technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps).

3. Purposes and legal bases

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): providing the pack you ordered
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): security and abuse prevention
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): accounting and tax requirements

4. Hosting and processors

Vercel Inc. (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). Transfers outside the EEA are covered by GDPR-standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Data is kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations (statutory invoice retention). Questionnaire content is deleted after your pack is generated and made available.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. You may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) — www.aepd.es. Contact: hello@stackedge.ai.

7. Confidentiality

Your project is handled securely and confidentially. Your information is not stored or shared beyond generating your pack.
