GrantFlow services are provided as-is. AI-generated packs are indicative; professional validation is recommended before submission.

2. Service
GrantFlow provides AI-generated grant application packs, delivered in a secure online workspace, for a one-time fee of 79 € per pack. The service is provided by Stackedge.
3. Not professional advice
Generated packs are provided for information and as a working baseline. They do not replace advice from a public funding specialist. Stackedge does not guarantee that funding will be awarded.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, by requesting immediate delivery of the pack you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun with your prior express consent.
5. Price, VAT and payment
The displayed price is 79 € per pack, one-time payment, no subscription. VAT may apply according to your country of residence under EU digital services rules. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Hosting
The service is hosted by Vercel Inc. Sub-processors (email, payment) process data in accordance with the privacy policy.
7. Limitation of liability
Stackedge's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. Stackedge is not liable for decisions made on the basis of generated packs.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law (including LSSI-CE). Spanish courts have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
